Introduction to Qi Gong

You’re feeling the pull to slow down. To breathe. To reconnect.

But modern life moves fast—and it’s easy to lose touch with your body, your breath, and your center.
Stress builds. Energy stagnates. Fatigue sets in.

You know there has to be a better way.
There is—and it starts with Qi Gong.

This class is your invitation to return to yourself.

Join the first three Tuesday evenings in May from 6:30–7:30 PM at the peaceful Sticks and Stones Farm in Newtown, CT for a beginner-friendly Qi Gong practice grounded in nature, breath, and ancient wisdom (class dates: 5/6, 5/13 & 5/20).

You’ll learn simple yet powerful movements that release tension, restore vitality, and help you feel grounded and clear—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

No experience needed.
Just come as you are, breathe with the land, and begin your journey back to balance.
